It can get unresponsive in areas. Snare pads are horrible. Cymbals are not better. The sound quality is way below average. I think one should not consider buying this kit in 2021. Also, you can`t change the mesh heads, they contain only rubber heads. And keep in mind they don`t feel good. You can extend the kit with the double bass pedals. It`s not durable, so don`t count it will last you more than a few years ( so practice every day to become better and buy a nicer kit). You can make fine demos if you wish also, it will serve you well in this area. But unless you are an absolute beginner or someone who is not sure if he will continue to play the drums, I would recommend you skip this kit.

Overall:

It is OK, especially for a beginner. But it`s missing some essential attributes. A problem where the snare rim will sometimes not trigger if the hi-hat is also playing is most likely to occur. Be aware of that malfunction. The built-in sounds are junk so I`m using a USB MIDI cable to plug it into VST on a PC. In the beginning, pads felt like a hunk of concrete. But I got used to it. I was a complete beginner so I didn`t have much feeling in my arms. It took me some time to realize it should be that solid. Not bad, but only for a beginner on a budget.
